18 U.S.C. §2257 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

In compliance with Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in AdanoPorn (https://adanoporn.site) are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 because one or more of the following apply:
(a) The visual depictions do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)–(D); or
(b) The visual depictions do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct, but are merely depictions of non-sexual nudity or simulated sexual activity; or
(c) The visual depictions are exempt because they were created prior to July 3, 1995.
With respect to all other visual depictions appearing on this website that are covered by the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257, the records required by the statute are kept by the following custodian of records:
